The Challenge
The client needed a solution to reduce nurse documentation time after calling patients for clinical evaluations. In the current state, nurses were calling patients to help coordinate and manage their chronic conditions, then entering call notes into the company’s EHR. The documentation process took about 10 minutes per patient and noted as a pain point for most clinicians.
Our Solution
FortyAU built an AI-Integrated call transcription service that extracts clinically relevant data from recorded calls between the nurse and patient. The nurse verifies the AI generated notes and clicks to seamless post the notes into discrete fields within the EHR.
